Our fabulous vacation

So there was a situation with vacation that it was necessary to decide rather urgently where to go to rest. Contacted the company "Mandrui". It was nice to see not only the professionalism of the staff, but also the comfort of the office itself, located near the Teatralnaya metro station, the kindness and attentiveness with which we were already greeted at the reception. Manager Alexandra quickly got her bearings and, taking into account our initial data: time, country, budget, preferences of the rest itself, offered several options. As it turned out, all the company's employees themselves travel a lot, have been in business for more than a year, and most importantly, they have not only knowledge, but also a desire to offer tourists the most suitable and profitable option in terms of price and quality. This option was the Crystal Springs Hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. Special thanks to the director of the company Dmitry Omelchenko, who drew our attention to this particular hotel.

The ten days that we spent there turned out to be just a fairy tale. It exceeded all our expectations: the location of the hotel on the shore of a cozy bay, a luxurious flowering garden, a convenient sand and pebble beach, friendly and smiling staff, delicious food, excellent service…

And further. The “breakfast-dinner” food system, which was recommended by the company, completely suited us, two adult ladies, while saving a certain amount.

We are very grateful to the guys from the company "Mandrui", who recommended this hotel to us, who had never rested in Cyprus before. It is simply amazing how professionally they work in this company, how attentively and with understanding they treat customers, at some intuitive level capturing their preferences and clearly following their wishes, with what delicate persuasiveness they can offer or advise something. I don't know if we'll be vacationing in Crystal Springs next summer or even in Cyprus, but we'll definitely start with Mandroi.

Thanks to the guys from the company "Mandrui" for the excellent service. From the first interview to the moment of receiving a package of documents - everything was at a high professional level. By the way, about the package of documents ... which contained, in addition to visas, tickets, etc. information about the tour program: flight, transfer, who meets, name, tel. etc.; Information on how to get to the airport in Kyiv, up to the cost of a ticket in a trolley bus and no. tel. taxi services, what are the baggage allowances, etc.
