Unscrupulous manager

I rarely write reviews, but this time I had to. The second time I bought a trip to Egypt from this travel agency, and as it turned out, the second unsuccessful time.

Having bought a tour to Egypt for my parents and sent them to the sea, only while on vacation it turned out that the return flight was not in the morning, as we discussed with the manager, but in the evening. I do not relieve myself of responsibility for inattention (I did not double-check the documents), but after all, we turn to travel agencies and pay them money in order not to think about organizing a vacation ourselves! When I called the manager Diana and asked why she didn’t warn me (and my parents are tied to the train. They don’t live in Kyiv and they still need to get home by train. The train tickets are already on hand), she simply said that it was It's my own fault, I should have looked at the ticket. Considering that the air tickets were sent to my post office three days before departure, what could I change? And when I said that it was in her competence to warn clients about the departure time and its change, that with her careless attitude she now created a lot of inconvenience with returning home, she replied that it was none of her business and if we don’t like it, we can contact another travel agency. I do not recommend "Mandrui deevshe" because. managers are inattentive to the requests of customers and they simply do not care about your requests. It seems that they got their money, and you adapt to them as you want !!!!! Once again I am convinced of human negligence in the service sector. If you're in this business, get paid for it, then do your job well!
