We turned to a travel agency, picked up the tours themselves according to the budget we were counting on, in the end we were told that this was not very good, and we chose the tours themselves for $ 300-500 more expensive. I had to pay extra, we chose a hotel, Alexander (the person who selected tours for us), DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT WHAT HE RECOMMENDS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as it turned out !!! , and the flight was eventually postponed and we lost a day in Turkey, naturally no one returned the money for an early flight. There was no animation at the hotel, from half of what Alexander described, it turned out to be true! Your office should at least somehow know what it recommends. We turned to you on a tip from friends, they were shocked, they said not a single foot to you again!
