They let me down very badly, I applied for a visa to Spain through this agency, they promised to make it to me in a week, but they did it in 3 weeks!
in 3 weeks I could do it myself and much cheaper! When I started to resent, they started to be rude to me in general, they say rejoice if they deliver it at all, although initially there is a 100% guarantee. In the end, a visa was issued, but I missed an important event for which I was going to fly to Spain!
I do not recommend this agency, very unscrupulous!
