We bought vouchers with a departure from Zaporozhye and only accidentally found out that the airport was closed for repairs (when part of the voucher had already been paid), and the flight was moved to Kharkov. Moreover, vouchers with a departure from Zaporozhye cost almost $ 200 more. On the way back, the tour agent swore and swore that we would fly to Zaporozhye airport. . in the end, we had to fly out at 14-40 in the afternoon, no one warned us (in the age of the Internet and technology) that the flight was postponed, the man from the reception pushed us sleepy at 2 am and said that a bus had come for us !! 12 hours ahead of schedule! for which it was paid. We packed our bags in a hurry, we were brought to the airport and there we found out that we were flying to Kharkov, and not to Zaporozhye. After arrival, at the Kharkiv airport, we had to call ourselves and clarify whether they would AT LEAST provide a transfer, since things are like that, to which we were told: "look for a bus near the terminal." We found the bus, but for some reason our names were not there and the driver did not want to let us in. T. That is, besides the fact that the day was stolen from us, they have not yet bothered to inform and warn about this in advance. Apart from this, we were assured before the trip that we would have a GTO operator and Rosa Vetrov airline, as a result, the day before departure it turned out that we had a TUI operator and UIA airline. Although, before buying a ticket, we stipulated that we did not want to use the services of this airline.
