Terrible turf!

I used a travel agency. First and last time. They just ruined the vacation and threw it on a rest day.

We went on ultra all inclusive 5 stars. As a result, the hotel is just terrible and does not even reach 4 stars. But this is a separate review. Mavidi said - the hotel is excellent!

On the last day of rest, which is listed on the ticket, the hotel told us to leave the room before 12 noon. At the same time, the bus takes you to the airport at 11 pm! Although the travel agency mavidi assured that the last day was also paid for and we would rest in peace until the bus arrived.

I called Mavidi - they say now they will find out what the matter is and confirmed that we should not be evicted until the bus arrives. They don't call or pick up the phone for half an hour. When I got through, the mavidi told me the following: “Well, the hotel has such rules, we thought it would be possible to stay another day, but still we have to move out.” I didn’t even hear sorry, they just threw it.

As a result, instead of a day of rest at sea, we are forced to sit on suitcases with an 8-year-old child. Here is such an office. Don't waste your nerves!
