We contacted the office, which is on the street. Sadovaya. Booked a room with air conditioning - on arrival was without air conditioning; until the last moment, they didn’t know what was happening with visas and where our passports were in particular (the operator Olga was hanging noodles on our ears - either the visas were not ready, or the passports had not yet reached Chernivtsi); when and where the bus will leave from (and even before boarding it turned out that we were incorrectly indicated in the travel agency the brand of the bus we were supposed to go with - the trip almost fell apart); after returning home, they contacted the director of "Mavidi" - Svetlana Vasilevna - but instead of an apology and compensation for the unsold service (the missing air conditioner due to the fault of the travel agency - they forgot to put a note about the air conditioner in the apartment type) they received an insulting tone in the forehead with comments like "they are to blame, your problems and in general, you should still be grateful that we didn’t scam you, as other travel agencies do" (I write the last phrase verbatim) and sending to hell, after which this person just hung up the phone . →
