Disgusting travel agency

The travel agency is very cunning, everything is covered with them, the organization of transportation is simply disgusting, we traveled by bus, the escorts don’t know anything when we arrive, when we leave back, we have to worry all the time, get nervous, call, write to them, that’s not what I want to do in vacation. Further more, the travel agency does not warn you that there is an early check-out in guest houses, and they take you home late, for example, they check out at 8 in the morning, and the bus will pick up at 19.00, that's how you want and wait, there are places in the bus that are just you can’t sell, your legs rest against the rack and you can’t stretch them anywhere, it’s not intended to sit on these seats for long distances, there are only positive reviews on the travel agency website, apparently they delete bad ones, throughout the trip and the tour, the feeling that they will throw you somewhere, this Terrible!!!! They forget people, the attitude towards tourists is very bad, they just rip off money and that's it!!!! I do not advise anyone to go by bus by the sea through this travel agency!!!!
