We rested in Montenegro, Rafailovici, the Meridian hotel in early September 2018. We purchased a tour through the Nik-tour agency from the “operator” Lubosvit. Booked and paid for a room with a sea view. On sale were 21, 22, 31. We received confirmation for one of them.
Flew with Fan Air without delay. On board we were fed with a sandwich + tea / water. The charter customer is the tour operator Alf.
Upon arrival, we were placed in the only room (23) without a sea view, about 15 meters in size. This number is for sale exclusively through Booking.com. The hotelier said that they would move to a normal room only the next day, because the tour operator paid for it, although there were free SW rooms.
The overpayment was 25 euros.
In general, the hotel is excellent, no complaints.
The only tour operator through which this hotel operates is R-Tours (RF). The rest - they buy numbers 21, 22, 31, 32 from him or through Booking.
When asked to look into the situation, the travel agent indicated the possibility of resolving the issue exclusively with a representative of the host country.
The representative of the host party was a certain Oleg. He didn't care about anything except selling tours at prices 30~100% higher than those of local tour companies (in fact, everything is the same).
On requests to understand and compensate for the difference, at first he fed breakfast, then disappeared altogether. At the end of the tour, he said that he would not deal with such an issue, it was not his competence, and generally sent him to the travel agency that sold the tour.
Lyubosvit sells tours with deliberate deceit (paying for a room with specific characteristics does not mean anything, the difference is assigned), without any accompaniment within the country, without guarantees of compliance with the concluded contract, etc. With the same success they could settle in the basement ...
This office is an intermediary with intermediaries (Alf), and is not an operator, has nothing behind it.
