Last time with PEGASOM

That's horrible! Before buying a tour, we read reviews about hotels, excursions, the country, but where were my eyes that I didn’t see so many bad reviews specifically about the tour operator. It all started with a meeting guide, Evgenia, who was stoned. you can imagine, they took us around Goa from 21 to 01 at night, then the guide showed us on the reception and disappeared, and then as you wish. Then the hotel guide Misha appeared, who was seen 1 time, tried to call him during the rest-0. We went on a tour "Tiger's footprint" to go really far, it does not cost $ 290, but we were lucky with the guide Svetlana, who brightened up our vacation, answered all questions interestingly. BUT when we got on the bus to go to the airport, we found out that we were flying to Kyiv, but we flew from Donetsk. Then all the questions began: who will meet us in Kyiv, how they will send us to Donetsk, we were answered that a representative of the company will meet us at the airport and explain everything. well, the fact that we are in the same trowels and without money does not bother anyone. But no one met us, PEGAS just left us !!!!!! The result is that we were lucky !!! and 46 people remained at the airport, in a foreign country and how they would be further taken out at the time of our departure, no one knew CONCLUSION-PEGAS-company which tourists do not need DO NOT FLY WITH PEGASOM IT WILL BE EASIER!!! SHAME TO THE MANAGEMENT !!!
