We do not recommend applying!!!

Lilia helped us in organizing a car tour, as an intermediary from Accord-Tour. Our tour was in Poland, Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary. Upon receipt of the deposit, everything looked very decent and we were skillfully fed with "breakfasts" that a little later they will tell everyone and give information sheets for each country when obtaining visas. In fact, nothing was given out, but only re-read again, only by ear, information from the Accord-Tour website. Absolute INCOMPETENCE on all issues is the reality of the work of the director of this agency, Lilia !!! Boorish attitude, after paying for the tour, every question caused an uproar.

When choosing a hotel, the priority for us was the availability of parking, as we were driving our own car and the possibility of settling with a dog. As it turned out later, to our great regret, there was no parking anywhere except for one hotel in Poland. The question, where is the parking for the car, caused great surprise to everyone. The situation with the animal was also extremely interesting, at Lilian Express we were charged an additional fee for staying with a pet in all four hotels, but only in two of them it was really charged and less than we were told. In general, I can say the following, the countries themselves are VERY beautiful and it’s definitely worth going to see them, but not through this agency. "Lilian Express" is a failure of the tourist market in Ukraine!!! Be careful. Draw your own conclusions...
