In the summer we went to have a rest in the Iron Port, everything went great, the rest was a success (although the move took a long time, but the company is not responsible for the road surface). Previously, we organized our holidays ourselves, but this summer there was no time for this, so we turned to a travel agency. I speak with full responsibility, the agency saved us a lot of time, money and nerves. We phoned the manager, came to the office, then they told us everything, showed photos and videos. →

Babies stay that way. The seats are broken in the bus, the armrests do not rise. The driver said everything was working when we left. The chair in front is on my lap, and mine is on my lap in the back. →

We bought them on the Internet, but they refused to rebook us and didn’t want to return - they answered that the tariff was not provided. The agency helped us a lot, it is not clear how, but we were rebooked tickets at no additional cost. →

They picked us a good tour to a good hotel. We are satisfied with the work of the agency. Next time we will come back here and recommend to our friends. →

At the office, we were clearly told everything about the upcoming vacation, and when the prices were announced, we all waited for them to talk about surcharges, but to the credit of the agency there were none. And so we were taken on a comfortable bus (without transfers) to Kirillovka and back, immediately visited the room, fed 3 times a day and there was some kind of insurance - and all this for 2050 hryvnia. →

Damn the day when I decided to use the services of the company "Summer". When buying a tour, the manager assured us that we would get from Alexandria to the Iron Port in eight hours. It wasn’t there. They sent a 52-seat bus, packed people there to Lazurnoye and Zhelezny Port (it’s cheaper), and, on the way, at the speed of a camel. Via Petrovo, Zhovtiye Vody and Krivoy Rog. →

All products from the proposed menu have been replaced with cheaper ones: 1. compote - chilled hibiscus tea 2. chicken - chicken bones (meat trimmed) 3. pilaf - vegetable rice stew 4. dumplings, fish, cabbage rolls were absent, there were potato pancakes, porridge with fried lard. 5.
