I bought a ticket to "Laura Tour" in Kyiv on the street. Kudryashova, the service was good. I did not like only what we were offered, as the beach at the hotel disappointed. The transfer was good. The agency told us that they would not feed us on the plane, but as a result, we and the child were offered a small snack on the plane, which was nice. In general, the agency is good, I used their services for the first time, so I have no complaints about their work, except that there was a bad beach in the hotel, I think that all the same, the manager could somehow find out information about what is there demolished the pontoon and the sea is not suitable for swimming due to debris (stones, cobblestones, reinforcement) and warn us about this in addition, we had many requests, we wanted both a 5 * hotel and the first line, but this moment with the sea was not pleasant.
