I ordered a bus tour through Lana Travel, I specially chose the seats on the bus, since with my height it is very inconvenient to ride in ordinary places. The places I indicated were included in the contract. But just before boarding the bus, it turned out that they put me in completely different places, and my seats were occupied. I called the manager Lana Travel, and she simply offered me to negotiate with those people who were put in my places. Those. I don't care what my contract says, that's my problem. The trip was ruined for me.
I will clarify that the tour itself is good in terms of price-quality ratio. But if possible, it is better to book this tour in another agency. Since Lana Travel is unreliable and irresponsible people.
