We turned to them on 05/27/17 with a request to make a non-urgent foreign travel (according to them, this is 1 month) for 1000 UAH, as we planned to purchase a ticket from 09/05/17 (3 months - the reserve for a passport is quite adequate).
First of all, 1 month turned out to be 2 months, and as it turned out later, they write down the procedure for scanning fingerprints for a foreign visa within 1 month. Of course, they signed up exactly after 31 calendar days, and then only because I called. I found out in other travel agencies, they write down much earlier.
06/30/17 were scanned for foreign. within 21 working days (31 calendar days) the passport must be in our hands, that is, 07/30/2017. We had to apply for a visa at another travel agency until 08/28/17. When I asked about the readiness of the passport already after the expiration date, even later (08/05/17), I was told that the Kyiv factory that prints the passport is experiencing delays and the passport will be later.
Already understanding the negligent attitude of the Laguna employees, we began to find out on our own in the OVIR when our data went to print. It turned out that we were photographed on 30.06, and the data went to print on 18.07!!! Those. + 1 month, the passport must be already 08/18/17. Although Laguna concealed this in every possible way.
Well, okay, we had a margin of time until 28.08. However, later we learned that there is still no trace of a passport and will not be in the near future. Where they took the ticket. asked to reschedule the date of the tour. But we were told that first we need to sell the tour that we bought, then pay 100 USD. and only then will they transfer it. We asked Laguna to make at least a repost of our announcement in VK about the sale of the tour, in response - a frank frost. We informed them that we would have to pay a fine due to their fault and demanded its payment, but this travel agency simply does not care about its customers.
As a result, we lose the tour, money and nerves! and all thanks to the "attentive" staff Laguna-tour! (

In turn, the travel agency that sold us the ticket. did everything possible to resolve the issue of unscrupulous colleagues. Laguna reluctantly responded to our messages, did not bother to somehow assist in issuing a passport and simply froze when it came to paying a fine. SHAME!!!
