Hello. In general, such a situation, in early February, I applied for a passport to this company and paid 700 UAH, I think this is not a little. More than 2 months passed, I decided to call, after which they sent me to Kherson, they said that my passport was there. As Kyiv writes, my passport was not even made. In general, they took the money and said that they would not return it.
If I wanted to order directly with the state or receive it in Kherson, of course, I would have done so, in the current situation, there are also trips outside the Crimea, I’ll just say they just threw it.
