I found out with difficulty who the manager was, paid the remaining amount and asked for payment documents - here, the most interesting thing! After 20 MIN!!! they gave me some kind of contract with a smaller amount and no checks, receipts, etc., although the contract states the state of emergency Cruise-2000 (that is, they must have a cash register by law). Knowing from the news and the bitter experience of friends about the bankruptcy of the operator in Turkey, I demanded a contract of the established form and a receipt. In response, he received rudeness and a text about not "supposedly not teaching scientists." I was indignant, after that they promised me a receipt for the next day, since there is no accountant !!! Complete nonsense. Anyway, I ask you to tell me about the hotel - the concept of what is paid, what is not, what is for children, etc. Information 0, silence, then the text from the catalog of anextures and no more words.

As a result, the next day no one gave me a receipt, in the contract (as I later considered - my trick) the amount is indicated as much as 1200 dollars less.

Okay, we flew to rest: the operator of the anextur is not a fountain, but without fish ... Here they showed us in the catalog and wrote in the contract Sun Club, and sent to Simena. There was a difference of almost 2000 dollars for my family, as it turned out.

And this director is still an eccentric, to put it mildly. Well, okay, the money is not the last, thank God, but to look for the truth is more expensive for yourself))). True, in fact, for this tour, this company transferred to the operator 2000 dollars less than we paid, and they say the commission is 10%.
