Terrible services

It so happened that thanks to the non-professional services of the TERRA agency (see the "good" review of it on their page) on October 14 my family got on a tourist trip to Khortytsia with the Krugozir agency!

I didn't want to go on vacation with this agency at all, because I consider them non-professionals at the stage of communication with clients - there are several employees in the office, and when you go to them and ask questions about a certain tour, EVERYONE starts telling !! - it is impossible to find out who to listen to and who to talk to. In my opinion, this is unacceptable! So I decided that my family would not go on a trip with this company! Chose the company "TERRA".

It all started well - in time and quite urgently with the participation of a man we were taken at night at city stops, taken by bus, on the way out of town he congratulated on the feast of the Intercession, Defenders of Ukraine, said that we are going to Zaporozhye. us visiting museums, Khortytsia and equestrian theater, wishing a good rest, and "giving us into the hands" of the guide Tamara Vladimirovna, and that's all good (from TA Krugozor) ended?

The tour started after 6 o'clock in the morning in Dnipro тут Here I learned that it is Krugozor, because I had to go with the travel agency "Terra"! The mood is already spoiled!

During the tour they tried to tell "Interesting" about the Dnieper-city, about the Dnieper-river (the key word "tried"), all this was reduced to phrases - "here must be a nice house, there is a bank", "here on the waterfront there is a beautiful fountain, it is well lit in the evening "," the axis of the majestic room of the modern circus "," The Dnieper is sung by many poets "and so on. During the whole so-called excursion, the guide confused the left with the right - she said "look to the left", pointing to the right, and vice versa. What the tourists sitting at the end of the bus could see / hear is unclear ... The distance between Dnipro and Zaporizhia was read to us from sheets of paper. 50 tourists, and the guide had a microphone on the bus).

Another problem started with this issue - first we were told that we had to leave Khortytsia for the equestrian theater at 13:30, five minutes later we were told that we were leaving at 12:30, so at 12:00 everyone should gather nearby. from the entrance to the Zaporozhye Sich. … It is very good that we decided not to listen to an INTERESTING tour from our guide, because I think our nerves could not stand it! An hour from 9 to 12 o'clock was spent with the family walking along the Zaporozhian Sich, near the Dnieper.

At 12:30 it turned out that 4 tourists were lost precisely for the reason that the hour of collection was vaguely reported. Two of them are 46 tourists !! waited in the bus for 40 minutes! The other two did not wait !!, and went to a show at the equestrian theater!

We arrived at the equestrian theater at 13:30, just waiting for the beginning of the show, sitting on the decks until 15:00 !!! I will not write how "organized" we paid and entered the theater.

I think that the organizational issues concerning our gathering after the performance have not been resolved! At 15:45 the show ended, and everyone went to the toilet, buy water, etc.… and again we were going for 30 minutes !!! At 4.30 pm we picked up two lost tourists who, I think, had walked around Khortytsia a lot, and we were promised a tour of the city center as a gift from the driver or the agency - it is unclear. The company's website promised an "interesting story about the history of the city", but it did not happen as expected! - "the city is very neat", "everything is tidy, clean", "here is a beautiful green park for recreation", "there is a museum of weapons nearby, very beautiful", "here is such a beautiful social town", "Look at the beautiful twin houses" …. It seems to me that if I read a little on the Internet in the evening, my story would be more interesting than the story of an experienced guide from Krugozor!

The trip in Poltava ended with instructions to almost every tourist - who should get off the bus. Apparently I thought that because of the "Interesting" trip we forgot all the stops in the city or maybe we forgot who lives where ??

The result: good impressions of the tourist trip were only Khortytsia, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya Sich, view of Dniproges (unfortunately, we did not hear anything interesting). I think that I will be supported by other tourists who traveled on October 14, 2018. to Khortytsia with Krugozor!

Conclusion: Never again with them, and nowhere!
