Poor organization of the tour by this company

I want to leave a review about the "beautiful" company Krugozor. I strongly recommend not to use the services of this travel agency.

The tour "Two beauties of spring" was purchased for 2 days with a departure on 05/05/2017.

And now to the point:

There was an organized excursion to Sofiyivka and Vinnitsa from the Kruzoroz company. Sofievsky Park impressed, there is something to see and relax. In Vinnitsa, the fountain is a very chic performance. Everything was fine, if not for one thing but .... .organizational issues on the minus. In short then. There were so many people who wanted to go that there were two buses of 55 people each. But, if the leader of the group was given on the first bus, they did not give us on the second bus. More precisely, they put some sort of Olga, a left-handed woman, as the leader of the group. and so a group of 55 people was left to itself. Disappointment began already about the arrival in Uman. The so-called "Team Leader" spoke so quietly that by the middle of the bus it was not audible, what to speak of "gallery". She said that we would have two guides around Sofiyivka and that was it - her explanation ended there. Who goes to which guide is not clear. Thank God they figured it out. After Sofiyivka, we were taken to Uman for lunch, and then another disappointment. - look for a cafe yourself where there will be lunch. And then this "team leader" also shouted that people were late by one o'clock and did not have time to return to the bus after lunch. The trip from Uman to Vinnitsa lasted for five hours. Then we waited another hour in Vinnitsa for a guide. It was already close to evening, it is clear that we ran through Vinnitsa at a gallop, what kind of excursion was there. And here is another disappointment - the guide goes fast, the whole group does not keep up with him - falls behind at traffic lights - no one follows this (including the leader of the group) and it turns out that some people run after the guide, the second tries to catch up with them and while the second part runs to the first part, the guide has already told everything she wanted and moves on. On the question of returning to Poltava whether there will be a delivery around the city, in response, silence. and it turned out that in Poltava the bus stopped at the bus station, our "leader" faded away, and we could not understand everyone getting off the bus or they would still drive around the city.

There are a lot of disappointments. And Sofiyivka itself is a wonderful drendrop park. I really want to visit it again, but not with this TRAVEL FIRMA, of course. Have a good rest and impressions!
