It so happened that thanks to the non-professional services of the TERRA agency (see the "good" review of it on their page) on October 14 my family got on a tourist trip to Khortytsia with the Krugozir agency! I didn't want to go on vacation with this agency at all, because I consider them non-professionals at the stage of communication with clients - there are several employees in the office, and when you go to them and ask questions about a certain tour, EVERYONE starts telling !! - it is impossible to find out who to listen to and who to talk to. →

Group leader Oksana, well done! The organizer is good, worries about the group, keeps order. Negotiates with good guides during excursions in cities and objects. Good bus with good drivers. Due to weather conditions (showers and cold in summer!) I had to change the route a bit, but there was still climbing the mountain, albeit to another one (instead of Hoverla-Makovitsa, the Dovbush trail) We are happy with the trip. →

Many thanks. My husband and I went on vacation to the tour "Transcarpathia + coffee festival in Lviv from 20. 09-25. 09. 17". We went on this tour on the advice of friends who had already used the services of this company and heard positive comments from them. At the company, they told us the tour in detail and, which is important, they answered all the questions posed to us, and they told us in detail how much it would cost, and what you need to take with you on the road. →

We went on a tour of Uman-Buki. Question to the management of the travel agency: what function, besides collecting money (and even then incompetently), does the head of the group perform? The girl (she said her name very quietly, so I will call her that) answered questions very nervously, voiced the information very quietly, indistinctly, therefore, those who were sitting at the end of the bus could not hear anything, and everyone had to approach her personally and ask question. →

I want to leave a review about the "beautiful" company Krugozor. I strongly recommend not to use the services of this travel agency. The tour "Two beauties of spring" was purchased for 2 days with a departure on 05/05/2017. And now to the point: There was an organized excursion to Sofiyivka and Vinnitsa from the Kruzoroz company. Sofievsky Park impressed, there is something to see and relax. →

My husband and I went to Trinity in Transcarpathia, everyone saw what was provided for by the tour program, thanks to the folded and well-organized work of the group leader and guide - Alla and Vasily. →

TRANSCARPATHIA AND THE CARPATHIANS IN ONE TOUR This was the name of our tour for May 2016. The program was supposed to be very interesting, but in my opinion, our guide thought that the main thing in Transcarpathia was to get drunk and be stingy. A list of what was on the program and was not in real life by day On the 1st day, we saw the monument of the postman in Perechyn and the Nevitsky castle only briefly through the window of the bus, which did not even slow down. →

It was 12/31/2015, we went on a tour in Transcarpathia (Volovets-Pylypets-Mukachevo-Lviv), not only did it turn out on the bus that instead of a whole day of skiing at a ski resort, we would have half a day IMMEDIATELY AFTER 17 HOURS OF THE ROAD, so we arrive on Plai (10am), but it doesn’t work, they haven’t shot snow from the cannons yet! And there is no way to know? well, we decided to replace it with thermal springs, we arrive there (2 o'clock in the afternoon), it turned out that it works until 2 o'clock!! We call the travel agency, we are indignant that we are sitting on the bus all day, and they tell us with contentment “enjoy! You spoil your mood yourself” . →

rested in Koblevo. 3 minutes to the sea, a refrigerator in the room, a washbasin. There are 3 showers on the floor. Everything was as promised in "Krugozor". and then the water, like in a summer shower, and even dirty. In the room (we lived on the 1st floor), dirty water also flows from the washbasin. To brush our teeth and wash ourselves, we bought bottled water. →
