Terribly dissatisfied with the organization and the trip! I thought it was a reputable company, but I have never seen such a mess as I drive! The time and place of departure, even the buses messed up!!! Someone was not on the list at all! The drivers are just rude (fortunately not all, I was more fortunate) They swear and scream right in front of the children. They exceed the speed limit! They forget to stop as expected every 4 hours, not to mention stop on request. Well, about the offer of coffee, as in other firms, there is nothing to stutter at all! In general, I spoiled the whole impression of the rest! I will never use the services of this company again!!!!! And I do not advise you, judging by the reviews of passengers, this is a constant phenomenon!
