Terrible company! Never deal with them!!!

In Skadovsk, the choice of travel agencies is small. As well as the choice of excursions. A simple trip for half a day from Skadovsk to Lazurnoe turned into a complete mess! Upon receipt of an advance payment (50 percent of the cost of the trip), the manager was flooded with a nightingale, what a chic service awaits us - they will be taken and brought almost on their hands, right under the house. On the day of the trip, we left 5 minutes earlier than the appointed time to the appointed place. AND!. . After half an hour waiting for the bus, they called the company. We were told to wait another 10 minutes, they say something happened. Waited instead of 10 minutes 20, called again. In response, a less kind one: "You were told to wait." After an hour and a half of waiting, we decided to go to the office to collect our deposit, because we realized that the trip would not take place. And suddenly - a miracle! A bus came for us. Alas and ah! There were no seats on the sightseeing bus! But some lively female person insistently demanded to pay the rest of the amount for the trip, promising that "at the next stop we will pick up MORE people and your dispatcher, and let him (or she, I don’t know) deal with your boarding places, as he wants!". The driver bashfully turned away, and this person hysterically yelled at the sightseers, finding out if anyone had taken an extra seat with the children, and whether everyone had paid the fare. Sovietness in all its glory! And the secret of the "company" was simple: "Corsair" for some reason (IMHO: to cut down a bit of money in an easy way on the divorce of visiting "suckers"), instead of the planned 2 flights, instead of the planned 2 flights, only 1 bus, of course, on the same number of passengers. Bottom line: lost time (2 hours), spoiled nerves and plans for the day. "Corsair"! You are loafers, boors and clumsy!
