First, we were divorced for 60 euros per person - we bought tickets for Black Friday, and in correspondence we were told that you do not have to pay for a tour package. Already on the way it turned out that "this is a misunderstanding", and they said "pay, then we'll understand". We paid, but no one in our situation, apparently, no one wants to understand.

The guide all the time tried to extort money from us, for unknown something - 1 euro for tickets in the subway which we didn't buy from him (even showed the tickets of other cost, however he approached us after that once again three times) , then for the same tickets under the guise of a taxi city, and so on. Of course, the guide does not know anything, can not help, and frankly just an unpleasant person (the guide's name was Nikita - really, this job is not for him).

The full description of the tour is thrown away only after full prepayment, and there is already all the "non-advertising" shit, which may discourage the desire to go on a trip (but if you change your mind, the money you, at best, you get back 70% of the cost)

There was a line in the description "no night crossings", although 2 out of 4 nights to two o'clock in the morning shook the bus. and what is it then not night crossings? Evening? Is it already morning?

About an hour of travel - also a lie. The stated 23 hours were spent in the first 2 days, it is very insulting that the clients here are so treated. The chairs were not adjustable, condensate was dripping from the air conditioner over my head, and the neighbor's legs behind me were trying to crawl into the gap between the window and my seat (well, what to do, my legs are very swollen). And yet - if you do not go on a tour, you respect the renegade, and you will not know any org moments. And be prepared for the fact that you will not be able to buy coffee at gas stations during stops. Because there is not enough time for that

Hotels are cheap, and for such a tour it's like the norm. However, one of the hotels did not even have Wi-Fi (Budapest, Bara Hotel 3 *). Imagine - the last day of the tour, you are sitting in a foreign country, the money on the roaming account is over, and all you need - just go to privat24 and replenish the account. But not fate. Because the hotel is super scourge. And some suspicious smudges on the walls and metal beds (Hotel AO 3 *) and fungus in the bathroom and on the heads in the shower.

We ordered a tour through the "royal travel", and in our situation with the tour package no one wants to deal - representatives of both the "chord" and the "royal travel" shift the responsibility to each other. And to bomb, they say, "we didn't say that", "it's an action from the chord, not ours" (travel) and "we don't know anything about it, pay" (chord)

This is how my trip turned out, and this is the attitude of the travel agency that got a dissatisfied client, who will now tell everyone the truth about the trips from "Accord Tour" and "Royal Travels".
