HORROR!!!!

Several times they used the services of the travel agency "Continent-Anthracite" when they were still in the hostel building opposite the police. The manager was a very pleasant and knowledgeable girl (I think her name is Svetlana). We went with my daughter to Kemer and Sharm el-Sheikh - everything was super! Friends went to the Crimea - they also liked everything, everything was decorated according to the highest class!

And so we decided to use the services of this company again - they didn’t even talk to us on the phone (come to the office), they came - the lady is sitting all of herself, she doesn’t know her own price. Well, okay, maybe a person's day did not work out.

We decided to go to Hurghada with a small child - we were sent to a terrible 4 * hotel, and paid for 5 * (they assured that everything would be fine, the hotel was for children - there was not even a crib), they also ripped off $ 100. more than other tourists paid (I found out when I met the guys from Krasny Luch at the hotel).
