We chose the agency on the advice of friends and did not regret it, good service, knowledgeable specialists and at the same time, the girls are very responsive as a human being. Despite wartime, the office continues to work. We had problems with obtaining a visa. we applied to the Lugansk agencies, but we were refused, but they took it, and at the same time we received both visas and train tickets for the Kyiv-Krakow-Prague-Dresden train.
