I am very dissatisfied with the trip, especially by tour operators in Ukraine - GTO travel and in Turkey, the declared four turned out to be without stars at all ... .. my claims and requests to be relocated to the appropriate hotel were ignored .... the attitude is simply skodic.

I arrived and went crazy, everywhere there was dirt ... and everywhere there were a large number of flies that walked around the food. I was shocked by the complete lack of service in the all inclusive hotel. Representatives of the tour operator GTO Travel (Ukraine) positioned the hotel as a "four-star" with all-inclusive meals. However, upon arrival, I was shocked by the lack of service, housekeeping, complete unsanitary conditions and paid Wi-Fi, which according to the system should be free. I can write about the hotel: the hotel is terrible, this is a shelter for the homeless. Everything that is written in advertising about the hotel is all a lie. The food is terrible and spoiled. In general, it is not possible to eat it. Food is served one and the same for several days in a row. You must come to the dining room exactly on schedule, because if you pass later, you will have nothing left, the products are the same, nothing new, everything is terribly tasty. From the food there were salads of two types, cucumbers with tomatoes in different variations, basically there was no meat, instead of meat they served seed nuggets. It's a shame for myself, I wanted to relax, and not swear with the hotel administration. Bar: That's a big word. No beer, coffee and juice type (yupi is an order of magnitude better than the juice that was) it's terrible. Drinking is simply not possible .. It works until 21.30. Music was constantly playing and often very loud (the same thing) in the morning, afternoon, night. The room was very dirty. The mattress in the room was dirty, just like boards, it was not very comfortable to sleep. The Internet is paid and then it only catches near the reception if you're lucky. Let's go further: let's call the shower room and the toilet. The faucet in the washbasin is terribly touched. No one cleaned the room and the garbage too (once and then I just forced to clean it). As for the sea: 500 meters to the sea, a common beach. Naturally, there are no shezdongs, you can lie on your rag. And the beach is pebbly, big stones go in and out very problematic. As you wish, enter the sea.
