Review of the travel agency Compass Tour Operator

We had a rest with TPG, and made out everything through the Compass. Service in the office was poor. For a long time they could not confirm the tour for me, even though I myself came with my tour, and they offered me something of their own. They only needed to document, submit an application, and they began to play for time, offering their options. Then it was not confirmed there for a long time, there were two weeks of hassle. And since their hotels did not confirm what they offered, they went back to my original version. But the hotel I wanted was already lost. As for flights, we have not had any transfers or delays. At least we got lucky with that. But on the spot, even with the guide, we did not meet immediately. We had a trip for 3 days, and had to be surprised with a guide on the 2nd day, we waited for it for half a day. But later she herself wrote to us whether we were interested in excursions, but it made no sense for us to take them anymore, time was lost. All this time we could have spent usefully, and not wait for a guide.
