I flew to Turkey (and just do a tourist vacation abroad) for the first time. We met there. And it's good that at least we met! When checking into a hotel to objections like a fungus or an unbearable stench in the room - in which it is not possible to stay for more than 5 minutes (not to mention sleep), the answer is simple: Sleep wherever you want! good approach, given that the hotel staff do not know English or Russian. We had to figure it out ourselves. And two days later it turned out that one family was generally settled in the wrong hotel, even though she claimed this from the first minute of check-in (she paid 5 *, but settled her in 4 *) !!!

I didn’t go on the proposed excursions by the travel agency (there was enough check-in), but others took advantage of this service provided, almost stayed overnight in the city with two small children, the guide was present only when collecting the group (well, of course). And of course, the way back. On the eve of the flight back, at the reception after 18:00 it was necessary to check the departure time, as we did at about 19:30 in the evening. But the travel agency changed the information again around 21:00 and did not consider it necessary to warn about this. And instead of leaving at 11:00, it was necessary to leave the hotel at 9:30. Like all normal people, we still had time to go to the beach, and only at 9:40 we returned to the gas station. and as it turned out, the bus would almost leave without us, not to mention how you collected the rest of your things!!! And finally ... Even the numbers of check-in counters for the flight by the guide at the entrance to the airport were not named correctly. Yes, this is not fatal, of course, they figured it out themselves, but still.
