Bad accompaniment

At first, the departure time was postponed - well, it happens. Upon arrival in Bodrum, we were assigned to a small minibus - only 8 people were traveling to our hotel, 158 km from the airport. The guide slammed the door behind us, wished us a safe journey and gave our guide's number, if anything - call her. Well, we didn't see the guide. Not the next day, not the next day. Yes, our hotel was far from the center, on the outskirts, but the guides Pegasus, Teztour, Jollytravel, Coraltrevel were at the hotel every day and we were ready to buy excursions from them. They began to call our guide, she answered us. that we have a guide only upon request, but in general there is no guide to our hotel, we are far away. The next day, in the evening, another girl from the TRP arrived, she offered excursions only if there were 6 people. As a result, we went on excursions, for which we thank her. A minibus took us back to the airport, also without a guide. So far, the TRP is very disorganized
