I don’t know who to complain about more, the GTO or the Fit Holidays meeting party. I just returned from vacation, everything was not bad, the only thing, thanks to the employees of Fit Holidays, I had to get nervous, spend precious time.
It started with the fact that we were brought to the hotel, dropped off and left, the hotels had no idea who we were and spent 30 minutes contacting Fit Holidays.
There is a guide there, Orkhan, who promised to help and send a notification about what time they would pick us up from the hotel, but did not. Late in the evening, I myself contacted this guy, clarified what time we were leaving the hotel, to which he reluctantly replied that we would leave at 7-20, despite the fact that our flight was at 12-00. 4 hours 40 minutes before departure, we rested with two children 2 and 3 years old, the hotel is 40 km from the airport in Belek!!! Is this considered normal????
The outrage was ignored.
Fortunately, there is a taxi that safely drove us to the airport for 30 dollars and 30 minutes, allowing us to leave the hotel at 10-00 (I recommend ordering a taxi via the Internet, the hotel price was 50 euros).
Also, I would like our tour operators to still take into account the interests of tourists and make convenient flights, we personally burned out 2 days due to bad flights in a weekly vacation ...
