The organization is nothing yet, but there were problems with the settlement, the guide promised to come for half a day, but never arrived. We were settled in a terrible room, we were threatened not to be accommodated at all if we did not agree to a room, and the travel agent, even by phone, did not want to solve anything and not inflate the conflict. Why then is it needed, to offer excursions at an inflated price? Why the tour operator does not provide reliable information about the hotel, and we were to blame.
