This was our first trip and they helped us choose a hotel in Turkey at a good price for 4 people. They told us everything, kept in touch with us. Tour operator JoinUP! there was a flight delay of 6-7 hours, they said that there were problems with the plane, but we were fed, JoinUP! gave food vouchers.
