Once this office sold us a normal hotel for adequate money. The second time was expensive and satisfactory. The third time is more expensive than it could be and there were problems with the transfer and the guide, but we chose the hotel ourselves - so the hotel is good, although we could have taken it cheaper, as we later found out. And this time surpassed all unimaginable horrors! The manager, a certain Deya, dissuaded me from the chosen hotel, imposing "the one that is better" and more expensive than a thousand by 2. She did not really let me read any information or reviews - she quickly moved the mouse and muttered. When I asked to reset the link by phone, she could not do it. It seems that she sees a computer for the first time in her life. The fact that the same hotel in their agency is more expensive, she explained by the fact that they allegedly have a reliable operator with whom there will be no problems. The hotel was sold to us as 3 *, assuring that it was better than the 3 * that we chose at home, reading reviews and information and reading that what we chose was vermicelli with sausages for breakfast and problems with plumbing and staff. As a result, the hotel, declared by her as 3 *, turned out to be 2 *, but it did not even reach two. It was a bum. Everything was broken there. Refrigerator, TV - broken and killed, the stove is very dirty, burnt and rusty, the shower and boiler are broken and rewound with electrical tape. Everything is dirty. bloody blankets. It seemed that rats, bedbugs and cockroaches were about to jump out.

The hotel is 38 km from the airport. they drove me for 3 hours !!, threw me out on the street before reaching the hotel at night and left. There was no one at the reception!! They put me in this midnight nightmare. at first they said that it was not for them and that no one had warned them about my arrival. There is no Internet in the hotel (contrary to the promises of the manager of Colibris), but there is also no promised microwave. It should be noted that acquaintances who flew to the same resort on the same flight were brought and settled for half an hour, but they took vouchers from another agency. Those. at night, I could no longer change money, eat, or contact anyone. It was not possible to contact the representative of the operator and the next one - he simply did not pick up the phone. i.e. managed to contact already on the 5th day of stay. In the operator's folder for tourists, which is at the reception, it was empty. The information never appeared there - I looked several times a day, because I asked the administrator to leave at least something there if the operator suddenly called back. On the very first evening, I wrote to the agency from the reception of another hotel, where there was staff, etc. Deya answered me that we chose the hotel ourselves, advised me to contact the operator (who did not pick up the phone) and froze. On the 5th day, I managed to call the operator's representative. he insisted on a meeting, which he was late for and thereby stole another evening from me. it turned out that the operator is generally Russian - i.e. representative of the occupying country!. This representative frankly laughed and scoffed. and made it clear that I was lied to by the agency, that they do not recommend this hotel to anyone, because it is problematic and that it cannot be more expensive than the one that I chose initially and from which Dey dissuaded me, because they are not comparable at all.

For the entire stay in the room, not only that they never cleaned and changed the towels, the garbage was never taken out of the room! I had to ask for toilet paper for a day, I bought soap myself.

Those. creepy hotel with torn skirting boards, broken chandeliers, broken dishes, bloody blankets, dirty, with insects without food, they sold me more than a normal room in a normal hotel with food!! Estimate, what kickbacks this frya received!

Never deal with these scammers - save your time, nerves and money.
