Irresponsible people, same company! Our Sharm Plaza Hotel is 5 stars (actually 3!). We went through Join Up, but directly through the Sacvoyage company (located in the city of Kyiv, on Podil), this was not the first trip! It’s too bad that we are practically regular customers of Sacvoyage and Join Up, but they slipped us such a thing! While ordering, arranging and paying for the tour - everyone is very friendly and welcoming. But: in fact, the hotel was not the one to which we were sent, the guide is disgusting. In September 2012, my husband and I wrote a claim to the travel agency, but they didn’t even apologize to us. I do not advise you to go through this travel agency, as these people do not know where they send tourists, and I avoid any responsibility. →
