The first time we went through this agency and we were a little worried. Moreover, they bought the tour in advance (2 months in advance). Everything is fine, the trip took place on the right day, the right resort, the chosen hotel.
The documents were issued to us in 3 days of departure, and the visa was received in about 2 weeks.
