Earlier, when I went with them, I appreciated their work well, for all 10 points. But in the last round I can't give them more than 2 points. When choosing a tour, everything was fine: they told beautifully, they showed beautifully. But in fact, when we arrived on vacation, everything was not as we were told. Flights and transfers were all good. But we did not like the way we were presented with the hotel, from which we were not surprised in the best way.
