Good afternoon! I would like to tell in colors about the rest last Saturday in the beautiful city of Nizhny Novgorod with the terrible company "Class-Tour".

So, my mother and her friends decided to visit the ancient and interesting city of Nizhny Novgorod. On the advice of friends, we called a "normal, inexpensive" travel agency, bought tickets, and received an agreement with a schedule of when and what we will see, and what time we arrive / leave .Shoals began when, on the eve of the trip, they decided to call themselves and ask every fireman to clarify the time of departure. it turned out that this time is moving an hour later than we were not even going to warn. Okay, the next day comes - the trip.

we had a bus tour and there was no exact indication of our places in the vouchers, which made us, and as it turned out, all our brothers on the bus, come to the appointed meeting point at dawn, or rather an hour before departure.

It was raining treacherously outside - we were waiting for the bus, but it was late! but that's fine too! in the opening doors of the bus there is a guide with a piece of paper in his hands and does not let anyone inside. It turns out that it was a list, but not a simple one, but those 10-12 people who were launched by name and put in the best places. in response to the indignation of the other 40 people, it was said: "I don't know anything, I'm a hired guide, I read what they gave me." After that, we, finally wet, were nevertheless let into the bus! It's not worth telling what kind of crush it was at the door (by the way, only one was open - the front one) and how people, trying to take a seat, simply threw each other out.

during the trip, it also turned out that our ship, declared in the program, was also postponed for 2 hours from 4 to 6 pm! and this meant that instead of the declared 20.00, we had to be at home already at 23.00, because the ship lasted 1.5 hours.

in the process of the excursion itself, the group regularly suggested to the guide that "here" we should not be driven like that, but "here" you can linger. and "over there" would also be worth going, in general there was a strong feeling that the guide didn't give a damn about us.

We finally made it to the boat! already tired, exhausted by all the "charms" of the organization, we thought we would rest. but no! it was not here! on the pier it turns out that instead of 2 groups, as many as 4 claim for our ship !!!!! and this is another plus of 100 people! The situation was decided, and the guide was NOT OUR group !!! and we still went for a ride.
