I want to leave a review about the work of the company that sent us to rest this summer. I'll start over. The trip was planned, as usual, in an emergency. Initially, there was a certainty that Turkey would be the country and the rest period was 10-14 days (I was taking my daughter 8 years old to rest, the flight should not be long and the sea should already be warm, therefore Bulgaria and Egypt were immediately rejected). The date of the possible departure became known 3 weeks before the actual departure. It was scary to count on a burning one - you never know what might not work out. We started looking for a tour. I turned to several companies (I will not name them for general viewing, so as not to do anti-advertising)). One of the companies was Katarina-Tour, which was recommended by friends. From "Katarina" I was offered the largest number of options that matched my request. At the same time, they didn’t offer me the same “exactly the same, only with mother-of-pearl buttons”, but they offered options, with the adjustments I needed. There was no pressure on me that is typical for "salesmen" - they did not push me to the decision to purchase a tour, they simply clarified whether I had not decided on the choice and what needed to be corrected so that I could still decide. According to the budget and timing, I chose a hotel near Alanya, 3 stars. I’ll add that I went on vacation more than once and understood what 3 stars could turn out to be)) From the company’s side, I received complete information about the trip, all possible Internet links with reviews about the hotel, they even brought me documents to work (!) because . I couldn't make time to pick them up at the company's office. The girls-employees of "Katarina" are impeccably polite and correct, and, most importantly for me, are obligatory and punctual in time and execution. Another such moment. On the day of my departure (June 5) there was a heavy downpour. So the manager of Katarina, knowing in advance the time when I planned to leave Vinnitsa, called me back and said that the flight was not rescheduled and I could safely go to the airport without the risk of sitting there with the child, waiting for the shifted flight! Of course, the manager assured me that at the slightest need I can call her at any time! But, fortunately, such a need did not arise)
Further. Upon arrival, we were met by a representative of the operator's company, a pleasant girl named Nastya, she explained how communication with the company would continue. Then we were taken to the hotels, "handed over" to the hotel guides and our vacation began :) Another such moment. Our hotel guide, his name is Perviz, is the most unpleasant person. He lied about excursions, clung to our women .... I think that the "Koral" through which we traveled (they were represented by the Odeon company in Turkey) does not know about the "tricks" of its representative, otherwise they would have replaced him long ago , I think so. Well, this is no longer within the competence of "Katarina" :) Upon our return from vacation, our manager from "Katarina" wrote me an email and asked how we had a rest and whether everything was in order, asked if the hotel corresponded to the description, etc. . And it was also a sign of the company's professionalism for me!
My daughter and I are grateful to "Katarina" for a vacation that was not spoiled by overlays and misunderstandings :) And we will definitely turn to them when we plan a winter trip!
