Terrible transportation organization. Administrator Natalia has no idea how to organize a trip. We ordered seats in front of the bus a month in advance (children get sick), but they put us in the back on both sides, although we were assured the day before departure that we would sit right behind the driver. “Excuse me, I have a second line”, “I don’t seat”, “I don’t have lists - the driver has lists”, etc. - that's all you hear on the phone.
Buses are not comfortable - air conditioners do not work, TV too; few legrooms. Buses and shuttles are always late.
This trip for a long time discouraged the desire to go to the sea.
