very incompetent employee NATALIA!!!! how to take money for travel in both directions so she’s right there, but when a problem arises, hangs up, sorry, I’m busy, etc. She doesn’t have lists, everything is with the driver, she’s about nothing not in the know, although the driver said that the lists were given to him ready-made who was sitting where and his task was to bring us alive and healthy.

They called more than a month in advance, made an advance payment and asked to be put on the bus closer (no one talks about row 1 or 2), but at least in the first half of the bus, since the child is motion sick. They assured us that yes, of course, and in the end we went back and forth at the very end of the bus !!!! (although on the way there they asked to at least put them back closer) and again we were told that of course, even the day before departure. When I called her and said that I would not sit at the back of the bus again, I was told "Stay in Kirillovka, we do not return the money"

We did not rest at their base, maybe we have a better attitude towards ours, but if you use the services of a carrier of this company, then definitely choose another one.

I also talked with Alla Grigorievna, at least she doesn’t hang up the phone, but she still didn’t help. She says to ask someone to change. I asked her, she herself would have moved from the beginning of the bus to the end, which was followed by silence.!!!!!
