A TERRIBLE travel agency has no respect for people. I ordered a ticket for 3 to the Iron Port and asked that the places be nearby, as a result, the places were scattered around the entire bus. 21.00. When we arrived, we waited for the room to be settled for 2 hours on the street, because of which the child caught a cold and got sick. We drove there at night for 10 hours back in the afternoon for 12. We were told the bus would pick it up at 9.00, as a result, the bus arrived at 10.00, is this normal, how do you shield?
