Great company if you want to ruin your vacation and nerves

It's hard to find a worse tour company. Terrible buses of the 90s, air conditioners work through one, the distance between the seats is worse than in minibuses. We went to Kirillovka with a child, called in advance and asked for a place in the first half of the bus, we were assured that everything would be fine and the place would be left for us. As a result, we are seated on the penultimate row, and in the first half sit all those who go to the camp sites, with whom the agreement is with Kataleya. Before returning to Kremenchug, they called this "office" 3 days in advance and asked for normal seats, again they assured us that there were a lot of seats and they would put us in front, but when landing it turns out that we have 11 rows. We called the manager, asked for a refund, because there was no desire to ride in this "pan" even in the last rows, the first time was enough, but they answered us "Stay then in Kirillovka" and hung up. Terrible attitude of the staff, disgusting buses and much more you will find in the travel agency "Cataleya".
