The level of service is not good. We agreed that we were booking a tour, wrote down the details in a letter, plus phoned again (as far as I know Russian "yes, good" - the answer is yes). I arrived in 2 hours, I warned about the time of arrival at the office in advance, while I was in a hurry, I got into a traffic jam, but nevertheless I managed - and they say to me "oh, they've already sold ..."

Before that, they took a tour from them, with the exception of little things, everything went more or less. That is, their clients. I explained the situation to people: these dates were needed, because. I'm leaving to work in another country and wanted to spend a couple of days with my wife. They didn’t really want Egypt, but I had to stop there, then they couldn’t find a hotel for a long time ... And then I come, after spending so much time, and they tell me "Let's look at other hotels, other dates, there are good options .. ...". But I didn't just choose this one! I probably read reviews, and not on one resource, but on several, because there are many nuances and certain requirements, especially when choosing Egypt.

And one more thing: I really did not like the boorish tone of communication. Managers, women of about 40, believe that they can even raise their tone, to my quite logical remark about the agreements that must be observed. At what I, in turn, was quite polite. Here's how the manager reacted to my remark (half-shout): "Yes, we generally only book when they bring us money!".

That's bullshit. In a competitive market, this is not how it works. So my advice is: Carpaccio - no!
