Review about the tour company "Caprice Tourist". My husband and I are far from capricious tourists, and knowing the “kitchen” of tour companies, we can close our eyes to many things. But it was not our whim to go after the rest from Kirillovka to Kharkov, on an old neoplan, on the last 5n, where the seats do not fold out, in the company of a couple with a pregnant girl and a man, that is, all 5 seats were occupied.
In the morning, before leaving, by phone, we were assured that we were eating in the same train on the same bus and in the same places, when landing, it turns out just shocking news, the accompanying people make a very theatrical questioning face and shake their heads, saying that they are not within limits, and seating was done by those who had already left and Kharkiv at lunchtime, we call, 4 minutes of dialogue about nothing and just hang up, without clear explanations.
After 2 hours of travel, the pregnant girl becomes ill, they find a place in front of her, 4 people remain, having learned all the poses of bus yoga, with grief I fall asleep in half on my husband, at 2 o’clock in the morning the bus starts to drive along a very uneven road and at high speed, and I got sick 3 times in my life, who knows, he will understand what a “high” it is.
We were in Kharkov at 4.30 in the morning, thanks to the drivers we rushed so we rushed.
I felt dizzy and nauseous for another 3 hours after the bus.
The question is, how much did the travel agency get rich for these 5 places and when will human comfort be taken into account? When will human health and safety be valued?
Of course, the situation is not new, and it is unlikely that it will change somewhere. Which is a pity.
