Horror!!! Avoid this company!!!

I am writing this review after a year. Passions have already subsided .. yes, and the new season is open, maybe someone will need my review.

It was my long-awaited trip to the sea. With this company I went to Bulgaria by bus. As expected, everything was paid in advance, the contract was drawn up. Also, this company organized travel, accommodation, meals and participation in the festival for children. It all started with an old, smelly bus with wet seats!!! We went to Nessebar, but there were some problems with the hotel (most likely the company did not pay), we arrived at the Golden Beach resort .... It seems better, but it was not there. The bus broke down on the way. We languished for a long time ... Upon arrival at the place, they placed us in the building of the children's camp, BUT the company did not pay for the accommodation to the receiving party !!!!! We were kicked out of the rooms twice with our belongings and stopped being fed. The director somehow didn’t get the idea that you have to pay in advance for the accommodation of your tourists !!! We were already beginning to worry that with such success, the company could not pay for our transfer back home. As a result, when we left Bulgaria, our group of joy knew no bounds. Bottom line: if you want to get a good rest at a market price - NEVER, NEVER contact this company !!!!!
