a colleague advised the travel agency, said the price - the quality is excellent. decided to check. booked a bus for 7,09,16. the contract with the firm was ofomlen 2 months before the trip. Of course, there were polite operators who promised only a great experience from the trip, but that was not the case! on the appointed day and time of arrival of the bus, namely at 17.00, the bus was not in the place. the operator specified that the bus was delayed, the road was already approaching. . . An hour has passed. . there is no bus, drivers do not answer calls, a group of 45 people starts to worry! when talking with the operator, we demanded the manager’s phone number to clarify the situation, but NATURALLY they didn’t give us the phone, the operator just started lying, inventing “tales” that he suddenly ended up abroad! having threatened the company with a lawsuit if the bus did not appear at our place in 30 minutes, the drivers got in touch and really arrived. but, sorry, we drove off into the ravines of everyone at the limit. . . in the end, instead of leaving at 17.00 we left at 21.30!!! We were on the road for 1.5 days. the bus is cold. without the services that they promised, namely (they didn’t give hot water for tea, they asked all the way, there was no Wi-Fi, as they said), etc.. moreover, the drivers arrived with a "conductor". GUYS, THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BEFORE THE TRIP!!! AND ASK IN GENERAL - IT IS POSSIBLE OR NOT!!! Let's go further. . upon arrival in Belarus, everything went fine, except for the day of departure. 1 hour before departure, the drivers began to strike, saying that they were still paid little. . never seen such rudeness. . not only were they late for 4 hours, they paid a crazy amount for the trip, but they didn’t pay extra !! KOTE, do you communicate with drivers at all? Fortunately, this issue was resolved quickly and went home! Another point was discovered already upon arrival: the bus number was not the one that was written in the contract, the drivers were different and a few more points did not correspond to the trip! By the way, the administrator blacklisted my phone so we couldn't complain! probably, it is worth all the same to file a lawsuit against your company, and demand compensation for moral damage, for non-fulfillment of the contract, moreover, you wrote the contract yourself! disgusting job. another clarification, the Kote bus cooperates with the Bus Way company, it was with them that we encountered! scam, pure! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!! if I was in the Dnieper, I would have come and smashed this company, but unfortunately I live in another city! all right!!.
