Good afternoon! Still, we managed to go on tour, though not on 07,08,18, but two days later on 09,08,18, because, as I understand now, I don’t want to write or complain a lot, but still I want to the situation that happened to us on the tour was not repeated with anyone else. Tell me, dear representatives of the company, directors, how can you let a bus that was already broken, initially, be released on a flight with living people, you are very lucky that it did not fall on the pass and did not ruin people's lives, understand that you need to save money not on people, as possible without a technical check to release a broken bus on such a long route, where no air conditioning worked, I’m generally silent about the windows, it’s a tourist bus, so why are all the windows in it sealed with a film, from which it’s not that you can’t see anything, but your eyes just start to hurt terribly , but these are trifles compared to the fact that the bus constantly broke down and we miraculously reached Ukraine, everyone prayed, it took a lot of time to fix, we did not have time to go to the source of St. Nino, I am a believer and for this I went on your tour, we did not reach , they just stood in the middle of the field and got drunk, but they really compensated us with wine, thus trying to distract from problems, it’s a pity that in Ukraine there is no good service, everyone is trying to make money, but at the same time I don’t provide tons of relevant services. Please remove the bus number 9990 from the flight, it should be disposed of long ago and written off from the company's balance sheet. Thank you, I hope in the future you will not risk the lives of people, it's good that it ends well, but this is for the time being.
