In "Kote" I was interested in the thoughtfulness of each day with a step-by-step description, and agreed to this. It was announced in the company that the meeting party, Katerina, would tell everything; TIP: find out everything from the company (Katerina will have a LOT of people like you, ~ 28 people in different parts of the city, she will tell you about it, therefore she will not take much responsibility at her own expense: forget which hotel to settle in (this turned out to be ARCHIVE , because the car delivered us to the station from Tbilisi to Batumi late, at an unauthorized speed, ON THE MEETING, which did not contribute to the rest: (true!), the duration of the excursion, timely voicing how much the excursion was declared (for preparation!)

On the first excursion ordered, we were sent to the wrong region of Georgia, we prepared, dressed accordingly and the declared time was extended. That's why:
I had to find out all the time the beginning of the excursion, the duration (they wanted to plan the evenings in advance) - the answers came to viber (we didn’t buy a local phone card) NOT IMMEDIATELY and not completely. They were tense all the time. By email, they asked the question "Kote" to Kyiv, for which they redirected to Katerina.
RECOMMENDATION: 1) specify the points declared in the excursions - whether it REALLY will be what is declared to be visited; 2) where and how much additional payments will be; 3) in which excursions food is included (so that you take care of this in advance or at least understand how much the excursion will REALLY cost).
The country is wonderful. Small but colorful. And my vacation was wonderful, because. I flew to the country of dreams in 2018. I really hope that thanks to my words, the travel agency will work on the professionalism of its employees and improve. I thank Katerina for the recommendations: *How to behave with Men, *for listening to my comment about her work, *for the answers that she gave a little at the wrong time, but gave :)
I ask the travel agency to find out from tourists how the rest went and whether the tourists flew home at all!
