Wasted time!!!!!!

Don't believe these ordered positive reviews! Kote is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. We went with them to the May holidays this year on the "Daffodil Valley" tour. To begin with, my boyfriend and I got the windows in the bus blurry, defective, nothing could be seen through them, and the trip took 24 hours, i.e. We simply could not see any of the Carpathian Mountains, but Katya, the organizer, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, simply lied, saying that until the air conditioner was turned on, they say they are so muddy. Further better, upon arrival we did not settle in the hotel, but immediately went on excursions, without even eating. We were given a sheet in which excursions were written, for which we would have to pay extra (almost all), and even those supposedly free ones turned out to be paid, we were simply confronted with a fact. We never saw the valley of daffodils, it was just a disappointment, 1 percent bloomed, but the organizer had no alternative where to go instead, we just walked around the field for 20 UAH, where there is nothing but souvenirs
