We are going through the immigration process under the Quebec program with the help of an immigration lawyer represented by the CLUB-NIKA Donetsk TRAVEL COMPANY. We fulfilled the terms of the contract and paid money in the amount of 3,500 USD plus about 3000 UAH. for translations and shipping. Twice documents were returned to us from the Canadian Embassy due to incorrect filling of forms and questionnaires by a lawyer, which we ourselves corrected and sent at our own expense. The promised information services were not provided, the transfer of documents took up to EIGHT months, while the promised one or two. After making claims and trying to return at least part of the payment, we were told: "Complain wherever you want, you still won't achieve anything." After that, they do not get in touch and do not answer phone calls.
